I think this will be more of a wintry winter than last season. The deer are putting on heavy coats and that is generally a sign of cold weather. My little Mustang mare, Ms Susie, use to get really 'bushy' coated in the winter; she came from the Bitterroot range in Utah. Very independent and really never actually 'tamed' but she wasn't very big so it wasn't a big deal. If she loved you (and she really liked me a lot because we were together so much) she woud do anything and go any place I asked. She hated men and boys (men caught her in the wild and stapled her nostrils shut so she could not get enough wind to run) I rescued her from the, of all places, DOG pound in Huntington Beach, CA.
I treated her like a princess and she appreciated the love and good care. She didn't like winter very much in Northern California, after we moved. But she loved running on the 'horse friendly beach' down by Bolsa Chica Beach. hugs, GramsRidgewomanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13268684588250261751noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8016156828945610244.post-63361277548309224412009-12-01T09:45:51.009-07:002009-12-01T09:45:51.009-07:00That looks great, going on my 'to get' lis...That looks great, going on my 'to get' list.Tatskoolhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12282750261031558615noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8016156828945610244.post-19640565311626112832009-12-01T08:03:07.870-07:002009-12-01T08:03:07.870-07:00I have a copy of this book too and am nearly done ...I have a copy of this book too and am nearly done with my review and assessment. What did you think of tatting being classified as a "craft" lace?

(I am addressing that in my review.)
Great review and assessment!IsDiharahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16129251975229390303noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8016156828945610244.post-84242439646151780812009-11-30T12:34:15.349-07:002009-11-30T12:34:15.349-07:00oooh that book looks like gorgeous eyecandy!!!
