Custom HDT's

Lace-lovin' Librarian had some creative ideas of her own for some hand dyed tatting threads.
I told her I would try my best at reproducing them for her, and this is what transpired.

From left to right we have "Summer Bouquet", "Terra Cotta", "Faded Summer", and "Crepe Myrtle".
I think they all turned out very nicely. It was a challenge and I LOVE challenges. The "Crepe Myrtle" is done in silk and I am still trying to get used to the way silk takes on dye. All of these went through at least two separate dyeing processes...some of them three...so they are very complex in their color variances.
I hope you like them Diane! They are on the way!

Leave it to Sherry - she will come out with HDTs that are surly. Have fun with them Diane.
