The Moj-inator

Some of you have asked after the Moj-ness Monster. He is doing great! He has been with us a little over a month now and has completely taken over the household.
He loves to wrestle on his back and take baths...(that's what he is doing in the photos.)

Mojo and my dog have created quite the partnership. She sits patiently by while he throws food to her.

My three legged kitty learned his lesson when his curiosity got the best of him and he decided to take a sniff and got his nose bit.

I am going to start clicker training with Mojo next week. I hope to get him potty trained and doing some fun "tricks" to keep his smart bird brain active and his hyperness in check.

Today, I am leaving for "Camp Wanna Tat" and I won't be taking my computer. I'll be home Sunday evening...so don't despair...the winner/s will be posted Sunday night.

Wonderful to hear Mojo has adapted so well and your family of critters get along, more or less. :)

I'm interest to see / hear / read how a bird 'wrestles' on his back. Any details?

Mojo is so adorable! I'd love to see some video of him sneaking snacks to the dog. That would be hilarious. Have fun at Camp Wanna Tat. My tatting teacher used to go every year before she fell ill.

It sounds Mojo can hold his own and kitty will learn to be good. Have fun at "camp wanna tat". I hope you have some good stories, and possibly pictures, to share when you return.

We had a cockatiel years ago and he ruled the cat who ruled the dogs. It wasn't unusual to see them all running through the house with the dogs in the lead and the bird taking up the rear. He soon learned he could whistle to call the dogs and I think he did it to get the game going!
