Hand Surgery

Well after a couple years of pain it looks like I will be getting the carpel tunnel surgery. I have not been able to tat much as can be determined by my lack of tatting posts. I am very optimistic because I am told it is a simple procedure with a great outcome. I really would like to have full use of my hands again. Of course I will only be doing one surgery at a time. It will be nice to be able to turn door knobs grasp things again and not wake up several times a night due to pain, swelling and stiffness.
I've been getting by doing what I can when I can but there are always a couple days a week where the pain is almost unbearable. It is funny how we humans learn to just live with pain.

Well...I cannot continue to let anything get in the way of tatting and especially designing...(which is my heart's joy).

So yay for the thought of being "normal" again!
