And the WINNER is......

Oh my goodness! What a day! In short I journeyed once again to Seoul to get some silk threads for tatting...it's an hilarious story that I will share tomorrow because I am thoroughly exhausted from today's adventure.....ahem....misadventure....

I am so thrilled with the number of awesome entries for the "Name that Doily" contest!
I had to sort through nearly 50 entries and there were so many clever names.
I took all the entries and put them on a separate page from their owners because I wanted my decision to be as unbiased as possible. Then I agonized for two days over trying to choose just one.
I narrowed the list down to about six. *SIGH* Then I decided that there was no way I could make this decision on my own so I asked my dear hubby if he would choose the winner. He said he would be delighted. He carefully sorted through every entry and finally decided on.....drum roll please.....

congratulations

And the winner is........

"ROYAL DIADEM"!

First prize gets a complimentary copy of the pattern and a mention in the book for winning the contest.

2nd Place is "Astral Roulette"
Second place will be sent 20 yards of Silk to tat with.

3rd place goes to "Kaleidacolor"
Third place will be sent an EZ BoB...which is a really cool little thread keeper.

Congrats to the winners, you know who you are. I will contact you for your mailing addresses and send the prizes out soon!

Congrats to the winners. Those sound like great prizes. For some silly reason I thought I had more time to enter...LOL! Oh, well, maybe next time.

That's a great name! I'm sorry it wasn't one of my suggestions! Hubby did good.

Thanks for making me look up the word Diadem. I'm not even going to pretend I knew what it meant. And do you think the reference is to the star or the crown?
