We have a persimmon tree in our yard here in Korea so I drew a face on one of them. Whaddya think?

That is so nice. What a sweet sweet lady Diane is. I really love that Halloween themed thread...and the box... and the stuff in it... and the flowers...and, well you get the picture! ;)
Happy Halloween! I will post pics of the kids so you can feel like you where in the states. Awesome flowers. *high five* Andy!
First of all...how LUCKY to have a persimmon tree in your yard!
Secondly, that is so sweet of Diane to send you that. She must really love ya! Hope you have a fabulous weekend! :)
Happy Birthday Sherry! You are one lucky girl to receive such great gifts.
We definitely need to do a trade. How long have we been talking about it? I just have never been able to decide what to trade with all that you do. Let me know what you'd be interested in of mine and what you'd be willing to trade of yours.
What a clever "pumpkin"! And you got some very lovely treasures for your birthday - tatting and flowers! Other than chocolate, what more could you ask for? LOL!
Happy Birthday! (belatedly)
I am so happy for you! And, thanks for sharing the thoughtful gift sent by Diane.
I LOVE your persimmon pumpkin. I have a great receipe for persimon cookies, if you are interested. You know where I am! LOL
We had ABSOLUTLY Zero trick or treaters. Last year we had about twenty show up on the ridge. We turned all of the lights on ~ now what are we going to do with all of those tootsie rolls, and tootsie pops. What a bummer! I love to look at the costumes of the children. Not a big halloween person, but enjoy the children.
oodles of love and hugs,
Bev aka Ridgetatter
You're welcome, Sherry! I'm glad you liked your birthday surprise!
I love the persimmon pumpkin! I would never have known. Diane's birthday gifts are wonderful and so generous, as she always is. I know you will treasure them. The flowers are very pretty too.
That is one humongous persimmon! I thought it WAS a pumpkin! LOL
