Oh my goodness!

I think this is the longest my blog has ever gone without a post. That is because these last couple of weeks have been a whirlwind with moving, packing etc.

I am now back on U.S. soil and I couldn't be happier. I LOVE AMERICA! I am terribly jet lagged and living out of a suitcase and going from one couch to another....but as I said, It's good to be HOME! The Pacific Northwest is so beautiful and the sky is so big with lots of fresh air. I am truly blessed to be here. And....for the first time in almost a year I have woken up without a sore throat.

Well....Shuttlebirds tatting convention is day after tomorrow, and I am busy getting ready for it. I am teaching two classes this year and I just found out that both of my classes are full....so yeah....that makes me a little nervous.

I am without my office amenities such as scanner and printer and such. I never realized how much I rely on them, and how much of a challenge it is to prepare to teach without those tools.

After this weekend I will have tons of pictures to share. I guess Hector tatting convention is taking place simultaneously so I bet a lot of blogs will be especially worth reading over the next few weeks.

I just hope my jet-lag goes away before Friday or else I am in some big trouble.

Hi Sherry! Glad to hear that you are safe and sound. Have fun at Shuttlebirds tomorrow! I really wish that I was going with you, but it's just as well, I haven't been feeling well and I would've had to cancel anyway. Have a lot of fun!

Oh! I finally posted your "blog queen award...FINALLY! It's about 4 blog posts ago. I know you weren't concerned about that, but I just wanted to let you know. :)

Welcome back! Too bad you are across the country, I would love to attend one of your classes.
I would be lost too without the printer. I wouldn't be able to print out all the cool tatting patterns. Get your rest and you will be ready to go this weekend.

Hi Sherry,

Glad you're home safe and happy! Do enjoy giving your classes. I am envious. I can only imagine how much fun all of you attending would be having. I look forward to your photos and thoughts too.
Thank you for the HDTs which I received last week. I will be happy tatting away too here in Singapore.

Whoo, Hoo! I am so glad to hear from you. I know you must be very tired. Maybe the excitement will help get you back on track. I know your classes will be great. I am so glad you are back on American soil. Let's try to keep it that way!

I'll be waving at you from the other side of the state! I would have loved to come to shuttlebirds....but it's a 6 hour drive and there is just too much going on getting ready for new baby. I don't think my midwife would be happy with me flying at this point either. So, maybe next year! Enjoy our fresh air while you are here!
