Absolutely gorgeous!!! I did indeed download it, but given that 75% of all projects I undertake end up frustrating piles of disorganized thread, I probably won't have anything to show off;) Thanks for all effort you put into designing it and sharing such a lovely pattern!

Very nice work as usual. I will see you in Spokane. Thank you for the download.

Is there a particular colour you would like to see it in?

I downloaded my copy and intend to send one of these darling little flutters to veteran Star Trek actor Walter Koenig, whose son has been missing since February 16. I intend to include a brief note, "Don't lose hope."

Thank you so much for sharing this pretty pattern.

You have such a wonderful talent for designing - and in so many different media.

Your generosity in sharing your patterns is very much appreciated. As with your treble clef, which had such clear instructions, I'm sure this will be equally easy to follow.

I've printed a copy and hope to post this sweet butterfly in my blog soon, as a harbinger of Spring!

Very cute pattern, thank you.

I been tatting for sometime, my mother tats. I have enjoyed all the free pattern that I have found on-line. This one will be shared with a person who is studing to be a nurse and needs to hide a tattoo. I use several needlecraft in my projects and plan to place the hope butterfly on a knitted arm band that is threaded on this person's watch. Thank You for sharing.

Thanks for this great pattern, I tried it out today and it turned out great. I used it as an embelishment on a dress I've made for my daughter, I plan on making two more to finish it off. Thanks again.

Hey, I also downloaded the pattern! Thank you so much!

I can't promise to tat her right now, actually I can't for at least a weak. I'm sitting in a hospital being radioactive and I don't have my shuttles with me. (Very annoying.)

I thought cancer treatment is bad for your joints but mostly it's the boredom that drives me up the walls.

Anyway, after I get out this project is getting done! :)
Thanks again, it's much appreciated!!

Maaaagnif! After many years ago in vain trying tatting with a shuttle, I have just discovered needle tatting: this beauty of yours is going to be the "carrot" to aim for as I learn this wonderful art all over in an easier form! Thanx for letting us download it! :)

Hi, the butterfly is wonderful. I've only been tatting for almost 3 weeks now, however I needle tat. I was a little bit confused on the first S/R instructions.
I got most of it but I'll show what I'm talking about.

SR 7/9, Ch10 [throw off r 3+ (1st p) 3cl] 10+ (lj base of SR

Perhaps this isn't the right place to ask this question lol anyway.
I understand sr 7/9, ch 10. I get lost at the[] part. I love tatting it's very relaxing to me and I've been looking at a lot of your work and everything is amazing. I hope to hear from you regarding my question. thanks Le'Quita (lequita35@gmail.com)

One thing i have found that helps keep my projects from getting tangled and messed up is to get a small carabeners( i think i spelled that right) anyways thread your project onto them and they help
