So excited!!!

I hope this isn't premature...but I am so excited about this project that I had to share the concept before it is even finished.
I have been designing this shuttle for two days straight and I think it is finally where I want it to be.
This will be a pure silver shuttle with pic tip and enameling if all goes well.
I have to meticulously plan every step before execution because failure will be too costly.
The price of silver has doubled since last year and unfortunately the two major manufacturers of precious metal clay are in Japan so I have no idea what that will do to future supply.
Anyway...now that I feel good about the design I think I can finally get some sleep. When I get excited about a project I can forget to eat or sleep for a couple of days....I know...it drives my hubby crazy.

Anyway, on another note Piccadilly discovered her feet today...hilarious!

This is so intriguing. So, how do you go from drawing to having it made? Do you make them individually? Facinating!!

congrats on the shuttle, it is fun to see a project come together. what you can see in your head, can be so frustrating to bring to fruition. Take care and have a good time doing it.

Babies find and show so much joy in their world as they discover all the new things. we can all learn from them how to find joy in the simplest things. Congrats to Miss P too.

Este va a ser una lanzadera única, me encantaría tenerla para mi colección. seguire tus pasos para verla concretada en plata. Felicidades

NK, all my shuttles are made from scratch and each one is made individually.

The shuttle design is lovely and elegant - the new owner will be very lucky.

Babies (while a lot of work) can be so much fun!

this one looks like it is going to be more beautiful than any of your others and I didn't think that was possible.
