Tatting Scrapbook Paper and More

Look what I found at Joann's Fabric store the other day! Tatting is (a phrase the kids are saying these days) "Blowing UP" my friends.
Here is what the actual paper looks like. Pretty good eh?
I don't know where the pattern is from.
I hope everyone had a lovely Christmas and New Years! My Christmas what very quiet and sweet with just my little family. It has been my favorite Christmas so far. New years was uneventful, we fell asleep before midnight as we usually do every year. I guess it is not that important of a celebration to us.
We recently received some happy snow and here is my sweet Miss P enjoying the falling flakes.
HERE
I made some new hook pens. I really like these, they are so fun!
I am going to be teaching three classes at Shuttlebirds this April. If you have never been to this event I encourage you to come! It really is the highlight of my year!
This is a picture of Sun Valley. I thought it was pretty and appropriate for the month of January. I don't usually make New Year's resolutions but I do have a goal this year and that is to get healthy once and for all. As you know, I have been struggling with several health issues for quite some time and I am darn sick of being sick! After months and months of seeing only "student residents" I have finally gotten a referral to see an experienced Doctor. My first appointment is this week and fingers crossed we can finally get to the bottom of my ailments!

Miss P looks so cute! Is she catching snowflakes on her tongue?

I'm not in to scrapbooking, but I do like the paper! Too bad it doesn't have a blue background. ;-)

There's nothing like seeing the joy of little ones playing in the snow. I love the picture of Miss P!

I hope the new year brings you health and happiness!

Wow - I can't believe there is actually paper out there with tatting on it! An interesting find, indeed :)

Quiet Christmases are the best kind! - but not something I am likely to experience, as my family seems to keep growing, with all the grandchildren.
I hope the specialist can help you, he/she will have more experience, of course, than the junior doctors!

Miss P is beautiful! And so purely in awe..wonderful pic.
Sometimes, the only way you get good medical care us by insisting on it. Don't let anyone guilt you for being assertive. You need to be! (I work in the medical field, so I know how it can be.)
Glad you had a good Christmas.
Best to you and family!

Wonderful to hear from you again, and a joy to see Miss P, getting so big! I have to admit that I don't have the same enthusiasm for snow!

I think it's wonderful that you are going to teach at Shuttlebirds. You must be feeling a little better to agree to do that! I admire your spirit!

And that IS amazing scrapbook paper!

Love my pen hook its great. Good to see Miss P enjoying the snow. She is growing so fast seems only yesterday you were pregnant. We had snow over night for the first time this winter. I really hope the DOC can help, I know what it's like to always have illness around AS have husband's depression and son's remission from caner to deal with plus bits with me. Keep smiling and tatting.

Interesting paper, I hope there is no issue with copywrite like the material JoAnns was selling, that pattern was used without permission from Nancy at Be-Stitched.
Miss P is so cute. I live how children experience the world around us.
Best wishes and prayers for a good consult with the new Dr.
