Cross for my Aunt
I couldn't wait to dive into a pattern from the new book I received. So I chose this cross pattern on page 40 to tat up as a gift for my Aunt. I added the edging which is the newly purchased hand dyed size 80 thread from yarnplayer. After tatting the cross I felt it needed something else so it was a nice excuse to use my new thread.
It needs to be blocked yet but I couldn't wait to share it.

I love the color combination! You must tat very quickly... I found it a challenge to complete edgings for a pair of socks over the weekend!
I love the cross and the color combination - my favorite! I know you are going to enjoy your new book. I like Yarnplayer's hand dyed thread also.
