How lucky am I????

Look what arrived in my mail box? I was one of the very fortunate winners of our dear Diane's recent giveaway. A very pretty shuttle with a lot of potential. I have no idea how Dan bends the wood in the way that he does to get the lovely profile that you see. Well done Dan! There is a lot of space on the shuttle for decoration too...I was thinking maybe some wood burning??? As a shuttle maker myself, I can properly appreciate the time and effort that goes into such a venture.
Thank you both!

I need some tat testers for my upcoming book; The Exquisite Collection of Tatted Butterflies II. I decided to try something different by putting out this request online. I need intermediate to advanced tatters. You would only be testing one pattern and for that you will receive a skein of HDT. My testers will be chosen on a first come first serve basis and you are to remain anonymous. None of the patterns are overly complicated and can be completed in about 1 hour. Once I email you the pattern I would need it tested as soon as possible. If this is something that might interest you please email me privately at LadyShuttleMaker@Hotmail.Com

*****UPDATE*****
Wow, I got so many responses for test tatters that the patterns are now all taken. That was super quick!
Thank you for all those who have volunteered!

I love wood shuttles( I love ceramic shuttles too-well I just love ALL shuttles!) Natural shuttles feel sooo good in the hand.So much better than metal. (I think of ceramic as natural after all thay are made of Earth!) Congrats on your win and I'm sorry I missed out in the pattern testing but put me on the list for your new book!

Congrats on winning on of Dan's wooden shuttles in Lace Lovin' Librarian Diane's recent giveaway! Can't wait to hear your take on how it tats. (Those points look perfectly pinched, so I bet it will tat like a dream.)

Oh frostbite! I missed out on a chance to test tat for you. Drat and double drat. Well, if something unexpected happens and you find yourself in need of a last-minute tester, give me a shout. I don't mind being "on deck" in case of emergency.

Thanks again for all you do to make Tatland so special!
