KAREN'S HALO and WEEPING CHERRY > New tatting threads

Two new tatting threads. These blends have been on my mind for months now and I am happy get them out of my overcrowded brain.

I was going for gold with "Karen's Halo" and I got as close as I am ever going to get without it being actual gold. I am very pleased with this colorway!
It is named for a friend and very sweet lady that I had the opportunity to meet at Shuttlebirds. Karen is an angel who rides a motorcycle! Cool huh?

Next up:
"WEEPING CHERRY" HDT tatting thread is named after my tree that I brought back to life. You'll see why after you see the inspiration photo.

I am feeling very homesick. Thinking of my tree is comforting to me. It's not so much that I am a stranger in a foreign place than that my health is continuing to decline. I miss my healthy routine back home. I don't have access to my favorite healthy foods. I really miss hot yoga and all my yoga friends. I miss being able to breathe and not having my eyes burning all the time. I dream of fresh air!
I've been taking more medications than I ever have in my life and I don't see the slightest bit of improvement. I think I am just very frustrated because I am soooooo exhausted constantly.
O.k. I'll stop whining now :)

Both colors are beautiful, but I especially love Weeping Cherry!

I'm so sorry you're homesick. Not feeling well can really throw your whole life off kilter. I hope you start feeling better soon so that you can enjoy your Korean adventrue.

Hi Sherry,
I am sorry to hear you are not feeling well. Send me an email anytime if you want someone to chit chat with. Maybe it will help.

Sherry, as always, your colors are so amazing! The weeping cherry colors match the photo perfectly!

I'm so sorry you're still not feeling well. Whatever this bug is, it's not one that you get over quickly. Dave is now having more good days than bad, so hopefully you will reach that point soon!

Homesickness sucks! I've lived 2000 miles away from my family for nearly 30 years now and I still get horribly homesick. Have a good cry and call your Mom. If she's like mine, she'll tell you all the right things that make you feel better *hugs*.

My energy goes to you as an unknown tatter friend.
Hope this was an old message and that you are well now!

I just love weeping willow. If not for the bills - I would gladly purchase dozens of each HDTs.

I am using a line of product (all fruit base, non-animal product) that is an alternative to medication. From coughing (I can guarantee that) to cancer. Its from CNI - if interested, we can chat about it.
