ROYALTY tatting HDT

I am trying to reproduce most of my hand dyed tatting thread colorways in silk. It's been a lot of work....but enjoyable.
"PENSACOLA BEACH" is now in silk as well as cotton.

Here is a new colorway called "ROYALTY".
Photobucket
It is much darker in real life than it looks in the photo. My camera has a difficult time picking up the purple tones.
Anyhow, it's deep purples and blues. It really does look "Royal".

I had a chest x-ray, blood drawn and some other unmentionable tests today. Hopefully they will find out what is making me so sick.
I've been in Korea for 7 1/2 weeks and I've been ill for 6 of them.

I think my blog has fallen into a black hole. I am really missing all my usual comments. They always mean so much to me....

Your blog isn't in a black hole for me.... I have checked in the Tatting Online World about once a week... and your blog is one of very first I check! I just had to post to say so! :)
I do love the new thread colorways you have come up with... maybe being homesick is stirring the best creative juices. :)
Seriously, hope you will be feeling better soon!!!!!!!!!!!!

Both of the threads are lovely and I can't wait to try the silk. I'll rush over and see if I can catch it! I have birthday money burning a hole in my pocket! I do hope these tests will tell them what is wrong and help you get better. My prayers are constantly with you.

The new "Royal" is beautiful. I received an envelope from you earlier this week. Yummie. I've already made something from the TuttiFruti (I'm not home, I hope that's the right one). I'm just contemplating the silks. They're too nice to just play with! I think the green may end up being a bit of delicate jewelry for my sister.
I hope they can find out what's messing up your health and get you on the mend quickly!

Lovely new coloured thread, the name is appropriate IMHO.
I hope you'll be well again very soon.

Poor you, it is so miserable being ill when your abroad...you can't get any of the familiar comfortable things, and it's difficult to ring your mother or sister to talk about it, and hugs are pretty thin on the ground!
On top of it all the doctors are difficult to understand, and the paperwork a nightmare...I wish I could help, but meantime be kind to yourself, don't keep telling yourself to pull yourself together, sometimes one just has to be patient. Hugs, and best wishes, Snowy
